Eurasian cuisine has come to Tegernsee under the culinary management of Frank Mollenhauer. The restaurant serves international fusion cuisine of the highest standard. Mollenhauer feels at home both in a gourmet and in a Bavarian kitchen. Previously, he was Executive Chef in restaurants such as Quellenhof in Aachen, Seehotel Überfahrt in Rottach-Egern or the Lenbach in Munich, and has been Executive Chef at Hotel Bachmair Weissach since November 2011.
