Menu Inspirations

Our menu inspirations at Hotel Bachmair Weissach offer a sophisticated interpretation of the traditional, bavarian cuisine like oven baked crispy duck, with thinly sliced apple mousse, sweet chestnuts, potato dumplings or sizzled on the skin zander with a ragout of calf tail, young vegetables and potato crusts as well as Mediterranean, Italian, French and vegetarian or vegan dishes with chia seeds, quinoa, super foods and modern Japanese dishes, prepared in the new show kitchen area at MIZU Sushi Bar.
