Sundays 10-11 am – following an optional 30 min meditation.

In the search for a holistic, spiritual practice Sabina Walderdorff began practicing yoga in 1996. The fundamental impact of the conspiracy of body, alignment in posture, movement, breath and the effects on the mind have fascinated and enriched her life since then. To share her love for yoga with others she completed an intense teacher training in 2011. In her classes it is essential to her to get the participants attentively in sense with themselves and their bodies. Straight alignment in movement, even breathe and energy flow, accepting boundaries, to let go at the right moment and to maybe surpass them in devotion. In the present moment – mindfully, joyfully! Classes are all level. Classes are led in German and English.

With Meditation based on MBSR ( Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction) guided by Christian Fein you can learn a technique to come to your senses and experience a concentrated, focused time with yourself. Refuel to start into your day with balance, strength and equanimity. Meditation complements yoga perfectly.
