The Gasthof zur Weissach spreads out over five rustic, cosy parlours, one is the Kreuther Fondue Stube with an open fireplace. The hotelowner fulfilled his childhood dream in creating it: when he was a young boy he spent his holidays regularly with his grandparents in Switzerland and learned about the national dishes fondue and raclette. From November to March the delicate Swiss classics cheese, fish and meat fondue are offered on rustic wooden tables. The versatility of modern Japanese cuisine is presented live in the new show cooking area at the MIZU sushi bar.
